1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and maintain a bd1222 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had a bd1222 account suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a bd1222 employee, contractor, affiliate, or an immediate family member of any such person.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bd1222 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name bd1222, logos, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and database structures — is the exclusive property of bd1222 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, redistribute, republish, copy, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written authorisation from bd1222.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd1222 and its officers, directors, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming funds resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

bd1222's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their bd1222 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bd1222's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Governing Law, Disputes, and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which bd1222 holds its international offshore gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and bd1222, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. Our team will endeavour to resolve complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct dialogue, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified in bd1222's licence conditions.

11. Account Closure and Termination

You may request closure of your bd1222 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and after all active bonus wagering obligations have been assessed.

bd1222 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The player has breached these Terms or any associated policy.
• The player is found to be ineligible to hold an account (e.g., underage, residing in a restricted jurisdiction).
• Suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity has been detected on the account.
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, bd1222 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance, subject to any applicable legal requirements and the outcome of any investigation.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bd1222 with respect to your use of the Platform.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: bd1222's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of bd1222's right to enforce it on any future occasion.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from bd1222. bd1222 may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any successor entity in the event of a corporate restructuring, merger, or acquisition.
